We believe that learning to dress appropriately is part of a good education and develops self-discipline. The school uniform sets a tone of high standards and order in our school. Pupils are expected to wear the school uniform at all times. Pupils are expected to wear the full school uniform at all times.

  • Plain light blue school shirt

  • Official school tie

  • Official navy-blue V neck school jumper or cardigan with badge woven into it

  • Plain knee length navy blue skirt (No short / tight skirts)

  • Formal navy / dark grey school trousers (No jeans, leggings etc)

  • Formal navy / dark grey / black shorts (Summer Term only) (No sports shorts/logos)

  • Thick navy tights or knee-high navy socks

  • Light blue school polo shirt (Summer term only) - available from UDesign

  • Black school shoes - no trainers

  • Black or navy raincoat

The wearing of jewellery/make-up at school is not allowed.
Outrageous / unnatural colours / hairstyles are not allowed in school.

School Uniform Grant

Grant aid is available for the purchase of official school uniform for pupils whose parents are in receipt of Income Support. Further information and application forms are available from the school.
